It was with the blessings of Sahib e Kamal Sri Guru Gobind Singh Ji, LTSU started its department known as Shri Guru Gobind Singh ji – Teaching and Research Department wherein a Research Chair is also set up to do quality research on the life of Sri Guru Gobind Singh ji which was inaugurated by Singh Sahib Gilani Harpreet Singh ji, Jathedar, Sri Damdama Sahib and Former Jathedar Sri Akal Takht Amritsar Prof Manjit Singh. The department will also focus on starting Skill based programs, Undergraduate, PG and Ph. D level programs.

Lamrin Tech Skills University (LTSU) Punjab organised an International conference on the topic of Guru Gobind Singh ji -Life and Teachings. It was organised to establish Shri Guru Gobind Singh Study and Research Chair in LTSU Punjab. It was a privilege to have Singh Sahib Giani Harpreet Singh Ji Jathedar, Takht Sri Damdama Sahib as Chief guest of the day, Singh Sahib Giani Manjit Singh ji, I Dr. Sandeep Singh Kaura, officiating VC Dr. Parvinder Kaur, Chairperson of the Department Prof. (Dr.) Jagdeep Kaur and other dignitaries from all over the world offline and online. Intellectual and thought provoking discussion was held with a mission of research on unexplored areas of Guru Ji’s life. The event concluded with a promise of embracing knowledge, skills, spirituality and progress with the vision of Empowering the youth with wisdom and inspiration.
